Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Utilise various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals
- Recruitment Process Management: Build and be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process
- Market Research: Stay updated on emerging IT trends to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Metrics and Reporting: Build and analyze recruitment metrics
