Marketing Manager

Sardina Systems is an OpenInfra software platform company based on OpenStack and Kubernetes.
 

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who’s brave enough to take responsibility for getting the tasks done. A sharp mind who’ll get detailed knowledge and understanding of every aspect of Sardina’s product and services.

We would prefer that you are located in Europe, working remotely with the rest of our 100% distributed team (with the possibility of business trips to Europe).

What will you do:

- Develop campaigns to support growth, pipeline generation, product, and brand awareness

- Contribute to product information (web material, brochures, white papers, etc.)

- Market and competitive research, provide input into product and market approach strategy

- Write diverse content on technical and industry topics in English.

- Transform internal expertise into content by collaborating with speakers, partners, and clients.

- Build and maintain relationships with media in new markets.

- Work with core principles of classic PR and its key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Execute and supervise business events (international experience is a plus).

- Develop and deliver the event concept and values.

- Create and develop event content, including concept, program, speakers presentations, and etc.

- Recruit and manage contractors from scratch.
 

Will be a plus:

- Experience in social media and graphic design programs.

Your qualifications

Required:

- 3+ years experience in a similar position

- Ability to work independently

- High degree of motivation and target driven

- Ability to conduct market research in the enterprise market

- High degree of responsibility, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to prioritize needs

- Works to integrate into, and contribute to, a team

- Positive attitude and strategic thinking

- Design-thinking and understanding of UX/UI principles

- Excellent spoken and written English and Russian skills
