We are currently looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team and contribute to our growth in the global market. As an IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting and retaining talent to support our business goals.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a proven track record in talent acquisition!
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Utilise various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates with the desired IT skills and qualifications.
- Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their hiring needs, establish recruitment criteria, and deliver tailored candidate profiles.
- Recruitment Process Management: Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Market Research: Stay updated on emerging IT trends, advancements, and evolving skill requirements. Proactively research and identify potential talent pools and industry-leading companies to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Metrics and Reporting: Build and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment strategies.
