Role Summary:

We are seeking assistance to improve our retrospectives and planning processes.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

- Conduct audits of current retrospectives and planning processes for five engineering teams

- Provide recommendations for improvements

- Assist in monitoring and supporting the implementation of new processes

- Provide training and coaching to the teams as needed

- Ensure improvements align with company culture and realities

- Act as an external consultant/coach for engineering teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience setting up scrum processes in companies with short-cycle and fast development with multiple teams

- Experience in product companies with excellent development processes

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Cross-team communication abilities

- Adaptable to unique company environments

- Coaching and facilitation abilities

Hours and Work Schedule:

Maximum of 20 hours per week, flexible

Employment Duration:

2-4 months, depending on progress and project requirements
