We're looking for a super experienced and flexible Ad Ops Manager to look after both ad operations and ad creation. You'll need know-how when it comes to managing ad placements and delivery, as well as an imaginative streak to create awesome ads. As the Ad Ops Manager, you'll be key in making sure every ad campaign runs smoothly all the way through. 

This position is a perfect opportunity for a detail-oriented whiz who can both get technical and get creative when it comes to digital ad campaigns. If you have the skills and enthusiasm for ad operations and developing awesome advertising strategies, we'd love to have you join our team. What you’ll do:

  • Take advantage of the potential of banner ads to boost sales.
  • Handle end-to-end ad operations, including placing, delivering, optimizing and reporting across various digital channels.
  • Work with internal teams (sales, marketing and creative) to gather campaign needs and create effective ad strategies.
  • Set up and configure campaigns in Google Ad Manager, AdButler or other systems.
  • Apply accurate targeting/segmentation to reach maximum engagement.
  • Monitor & analyze campaign performance and provide insights/recommendations for optimization.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to delivery, tracking or reporting - work with tech teams for quick fixes.
  • Guide the creative team on format specifications & technical requirements; contribute to developing creatives too.
  • Collaborate with external partners (ad networks, publishers) for optimized placements & new advertising opps; stay informed about regulations/policies/privacy guidelines and enforce compliance throughout the process.
  • Conduct A/B testing & analyze data for optimization that makes a difference.
  • Keep up with industry trends & best practices in ad ops & formats to ensure success.

It’s a perfect match if you have:

  • English C1 or higher.
  • Ad ops experience in a digital ad or media agency.
  • Deep knowledge of platforms like Google Ad Manager and AdButler.
  • Proficiency in ad targeting techniques, audience segmentation, and optimization strategies.
  • Familiarity with ad tracking, measurement, and reporting tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance.
  • Experience with tech troubleshooting for ad delivery issues.
  • Excellent creative mindset with experience in ad creation, including visual design and copywriting.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard design and editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong project management skills to juggle multiple campaigns and hit deadlines. 
  • Excellent communication skills to work with different teams and partners. 
  • An eagle eye for accuracy and quality in all your work.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with industry regulations, ad policies, and privacy guidelines, such as GDPR and CCPA, is a plus.

About your BeInCrypto team:
