The company is developing a product oriented to the world-wide market (the MVP for New York is currently being launched).

The main development and technology center is now being formed in Cyprus.

Project

AI-based product - a personalized concierge-assistant for planning and organizing the user's free time.

The service covers all types of entertainment activities according to the interests of the user and their environment. It is built on recommendation technologies, semantic search and active GPT integration.

Who we are searching for 

Hands-on technical manager who is passionate about AI technologies and has experience in managing the development of ML products, building the effective work of product engineering teams.

Reporting to the founder

Current team: 15 engineers.

You will be responsible for

• Technical visionary and technical strategy formation, verification of key technical and architectural solutions
• Establishing transparent and efficient development and operational processes
• Formation of the engineering culture of the team
• Ensuring the rapid implementation of the current roadmap on increasing the functionality, as well as the formation of a further technical roadmap.
• Evaluation of product ideas and hypotheses jointly by business and product management, conducting experiments
• People management (motivation, retention, development of employees, hiring if necessary)

Basic requirements

• Experience in leading a development team/teams (12+ people)
• A broad technical outlook and the ability to build a project architecture, taking into account further scaling
• Strong and up-to-date technical expertise, with a focus on recommendation algorithms, building recommendation systems
• Experience in AI product development
• Good understanding of work with big data
• Experience with infosec, especially with personal data protection
• English at level C1.
