Key resonsibilities and accountabilities

• Develop and maintain operation guides and project documentation for information systems and IT services meeting agreed deadlines and with high quality.
• Assistance in updates to internal IT policies and procedures.
• Translate IT documentation from Russian to English and vice-versa.
• Assist internal business customers to prepare pre-project documents.
• Edit content for internal communications from IT department.

Competencies, Skills and Experience

• At least 1-year experience in enterprise-level IT projects as a technical writer or business analyst.
• Strong writing skills both in English and Russian.
• Ability to maintain a large documentation repository.
• Passion for quality of personal contribution into project success.
• Being a responsible team player.
• Good analytical skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Technical skills

• Strong command of MS Office.
• Understanding of software architecture basics (databases, client-server architecture, etc.)
• Understanding of software development methodologies is a plus.
• Understanding of contemporary information security trends and requirements is a plus.
• Copywriting experience is a plus.
