Middle Java developer

We are looking for a Middle Java developer to support the Propstore e-commerce application.

propstore.com is the world's leading seller of props, regularly holding auctions to sell items from iconic films, such as Star Wars, Aliens, etc.

Most of the functionality is in the admin panel, inaccessible to users - reports, item release scheduler etc.

Code is in Java, using struts / struts 2 frameworks, hibernate (XML)

Integration with AWS (s3, beanstalk, codepipeline, etc.), algolia(full-text search) stripe/Paypal (payment gateway), avalara (sale tax calculation)

sso integration with third-party auction platform (php), wordpress for cms content

No test automation.

The team being set up is planning to completely rewrite the project from scratch using Spring/SPF

Requirements:

• experience in Java ee, MySQL 3+ years
• basic knowledge of git, CSS, HTML, javascript/jquery, Linux
