Our team is looking for a Technical Customer Support Specialist who would work with our customers and support them in the management of their accounts as a true Power User of our platform, capable to assist in a variety of aspects, providing advice on all the tools, features and advantages. Preferred locations - countries of America (Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, etc.) as most of our customers are in the USA.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day customer support on the platform
  • Management of our customers' accounts (settings, functions, reporting, etc.)
  • Technical support in uploading video content, assistance in launching live streams
  • Video-content management
  • Maintaining and updating customer account information
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
  • Providing best-in-class customer service for a seamless and exceptional user experience

Qualifications:

  • Similar account management experience in technical customer support related to tech products
  • Advanced in English & Russian (Spanish would be an advantage)
  • A customer-centric approach, openness and accessibility
  • Ability to work independently with high responsibility for results

Ideally but not necessary:

  • Experience in live video streams support
  • Knowledge of what digital video, codec, bitrate are, and how they affect the quality of video
  • What is necessary - to be a quick learner.
