Art Director

Ultragames is a new studio in the field of mobile game development. 
We have good expertise in the sphere of mobile traffic and have been working in this direction for more than 3 years. 
At the moment our goal is to create from scratch a studio for mobile Play2Earn games development using web3 technologies. 
Games that unleash the user's creativity and encourage participation. 

We are looking for a Talented Art Director who is ready not only to efficiently organize the work of the department, but also to prepare content 

What you'll do: 
- Developing and maintaining the artistic style of the project, ensuring consistency and high quality 
- Write guidelines and documents, building a roadmap for art development 
- Introduction of new features and visual updates, and providing guidance to the art team to ensure alignment with the project's creative vision 
- Collaborating with art team and timely delivery of assets, including character design, environment, 2D/3D animation and VFX 
- Partner with HR regards to hiring and development of art team 

You're a Good Fit if You have: 
- 3+ years of art production experience for mobile game industry 
- Profile portfolio with examples of game interfaces and published game projects (perfect if Web3/RPG/blockchain/nft) 
- Fluent in 2D/3D software – expert level in Photoshop 
- Previous experience supervising or leading a team 
- English B1 minimum 
- Experience working with a remote team
