Senior Digital Recruiter

DUX Group is a flourishing iGaming company that has been operating since 2020. We started out in Cyprus but have since opened another office in sunny Malta.

And now, we are searching for a Senior Recruiter to join our strong team.
 

What will you be doing?

• Screening and recruiting personnel for IT and Digital positions at the Senior/Lead level (for the iGaming industry).
• Conducting interviews (including in English).
• Evaluating soft skills.
• Facilitating the onboarding and adaptation of new employees.
• Assisting in exploring new markets (Europe, Turkey, South America).

What do we expect from you?

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT/Digital recruitment.
• Fluent spoken English.
• Interest in the IT and Digital sectors.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Proactiveness and flexibility.
