Responsibilities: 

  • Act as the primary point of contact, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders (senior management), including both IT and business teams;
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet client objectives and maximize revenue opportunities;
  • Identify clients' needs, pain points, and challenges to provide effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Plan budgets, track P&L, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize project profitability;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and support of projects;
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with current and potential clients;
  • Establish the organizational structure and streamline procedures and processes;
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments, and proactively provide insights and recommendations to clients.

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience required:

  • 10+ years of business experience in sales or consulting with complex business software/IT solutions.
  • Proficiency in multi-client interactions across various industries (experience in IT consulting will be a plus).
  • Project management expertise, especially in implementation and support projects.
  • Proven track record in team management, including leading large teams of 50+ employees.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong financial acumen.

  • Solid experience in the retail industry;
