We are now looking for a Product Analyst for our product Magnet
Magnet is a game in the social discovery format, where at the initial stage, instead of photos, users create their own cartoon avatars based on selfies and add short statements about their interests and hobbies. If users like each other, access to their real photos is opened and the relationship journey begins , with passing levels, stages and unlocks, like in an exciting game. Our team is made up of people who are passionate about the project, learning new things and creating a unique dating game that no one has seen before.
Responsibilities:
- Identify the causes of changes in the dynamics of business processes;
- Analyze user behavior, search for hidden patterns;
- Propose and test business hypotheses (“what happens if…?”);
- Evaluate the results of experiments;
- Participate in product development processes and strategy;
- Create, refine and maintain product funnels;
- Assess the potential impact of proposed changes;
- Create and maintain up-to-date dashboards in SuperSet.
In this position, you will solve tasks like:
- Offer the optimal sorting of the issuance, which will ensure the fulfillment of the client's tasks. Suggest an experiment configuration;
- Determine causes of low retention from day 7+. Suggest hypotheses to increase the Return Rate;
- Find out the reasons for the low conversion in the extension of the trial in the application.
We expect you to:
- Have 3+ years professional experience, 2+ years experience in product analytics
- Have a mathematical or technical higher education, knowledge, experience in applying the methods of mathematical statistics and probability theory;
- Know tools for extracting, processing, analyzing and visualizing data (MS SQL, Python);
- Have experience in launching and analyzing A/B tests;
- Be independent: you do not expect tasks from the manager, but look for growth points on your own;
- Have product thinking: think about the product in terms of user metrics, see behind the metrics the behavior and pain of users and want to benefit users and business;
- Have critical thinking: you question the nature of the data/decisions and proposals being made;
- Can manage expectations: understand what is a priority for the company / are able to independently evaluate and estimate deadlines for tasks;
- Can brainstorm and it is easy for you, you are open to creating non-trivial ideas for product development;
- You can present the results of the work clearly, understandable for top management.
