Traforama.com - is an open marketplace for advertisers. It is a part of AdSpyglass Group. This is a platform where advertisers and publishers can directly cooperate without any fees, and access all the needed tools for publishing and advertising.

We've been working since 2014, we set interesting and ambitious tasks and solve them from different parts of the world using the most advanced technologies for organizing remote work: Slack, GitLab, Clickup, etc. In our team 25 people from 20 to 40 years old, we travel, enjoy life and constantly develop our professional skills.

Traforama is an international project. Our clients are advertisers from all over the world, so knowledge of the English language is mandatory.

You will be responsible for:

  • Onboarding new customers, communicating via live chat, telegram, skype, and email.
  • Statistics analysis.
  • Maintaining ongoing client relationships, identifying possible areas for expansion.
  • Moderation of advertising creatives.
  • Solving customer problems.
  • Up-sale and cross-sale existing clients.

You have experience:

  • Account management and client relationship;
  • Working with web analytics;
  • AdTech in particular will be a plus;
  • SQL knowledge will be a plus;
  • Remote work.

You are:

  • English speaker (C1 or native);
  • Russian speaker (C1 or native);
  • Analytical person;
  • Excel advanced user;
  • Highly motivated and energetic;
  • Extremely proactive, self-organized, and responsible person with great attention to details;
  • A genuine problem solver, able to troubleshoot quickly and accurately, identifying the real issue.
