Chief of Staff (Barcelona)

Game company seeks a Chief of Staff to work with the CEO and help lead strategic initiatives. You will work closely with the Leadership team to empower strategy, execute cross-functional leadership, and drive growth.

Responsibilities:

• Work with leadership team to ensure clear communication and tracking of goals and performance
• Streamline operational systems for efficiency
• Manage cross-company initiatives to enable growth and profitability
• Track and report metrics for successful implementation of projects
• Help align people, functions, and projects to drive efficient decisions
• Advise on internal and external communications and support the leadership team
• Track action items and assist with emerging issues and team needs

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar operations or strategy role
• Proven experience in cross-functional coordination and effective business processes
• Strong business acumen and organizational skills
• Excellent communicator dedicated to efficiency and productivity
• Ability to solve problems creatively and learn on the go
• Previous gaming industry experience is a big plus
