SMM-manager

Our SMM Manager is an employee managing the presence of our brands on various social media platforms (mostly web3 market).

Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-quality research of blockchain projects through social media
• Create a SMM content plan (focused on strengthening the brand and forming a community) and integrate the plan inside the marketing strategy
• Collaborate and brainstorm with project managers, community-managers and so on
• Communicate with clients using emails, voice and video calls
• Create TOR's for copywriters, graphic and motion designer
• Post content in social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and etc.)
• Participate in the creation of new offers for the agency's clients

Required Skills:

• 1 year+ of professional experience as SMM Manager for Crypto/IT/Tech businesses
• English in written & verbal forms B2 – C1+;
• Experience in online content strategy creation, ability to create or plan hot topics;
• Knowledge of tone of voice;
• Strong time management skills, research skills, deep analytical skills;
• Interpersonal communication and presentation skills, copywriting and creativity skills;
• Portfolio.
• Knowledge of fintech and blockchain technology, Web3, crypto is an advantage
• Located in Georgia or ready to relocate to Tbilisi
