Yandex Product Marketing Manager We are currently developing our International marketing and communication team, which promotes Yandex advertising and analytic products globally. The team is looking for strong marketing professionals to communicate our products’ value to B2B target audiences. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for Yandex Advertising products on international markets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and analytics, to identify market opportunities and deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs. Your focus will include leveraging data and market insights to inform product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and campaigns that engage and convert prospects.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape
Develop go-to-market strategies for new and existing products, including product positioning, messaging, pricing, and distribution
Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that product features and benefits align with customer needs and market trends
Work closely with sales and business development teams to drive create sales materials, customer success stories, and other content for customer acquisition and retention
Partner with the marketing team to create compelling content, including webinars, blog posts, case studies, and white papers
Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
Collaborate with external partners like agencies, vendors, and industry associations to execute marketing campaigns and events
Develop and manage the product marketing budget
Monitor and analyse the work of contractors, build effective cooperation between several agencies, monitor payments and document flow Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B technology company working with international markets
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and draw insights that inform marketing strategies
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders
Strong project management skills to help manage multiple priorities and deliver results on time and under budget
Prior experience with marketing automation and analytics tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn promo tools, Yandex Metrica, and Google Analytics
C1+ English fluency
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with mobile monetization and mobile analytic products
