Junior Retention Manager (iGaming)

About us:

Joywinner.com is a new rapidly growing igaming brand operating in tier-1 countries (Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand). Currently, we are looking to fill in the Retention Manager position.

What you will do:

• Participate in the segmentation of the client base;
• Analyze current communications with clients through standard channels (E-mail, SMS, Push), improve existing campaigns according to their metrics;
• Initiate the launch of new retention campaigns, which can stimulate the audience of projects to use game resources more actively;
• Create and configure chain in customer.io;
• Interact with designers and native translators to prepare content;
• Monitor the activity of competitors and apply interesting mechanics on projects.

You are ideal fit for us if you have:

• Experience in a similar position in gambling;
• Experience with customer.io from six months;
• Analytical skills (understanding how to analyze the success of a campaign);
• Retention metrics understanding: CRR, Churn Rate, LT, LTV;
• B1 + English level.
