About us:
Joywinner.com is a new rapidly growing igaming brand operating in tier-1 countries (Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand). Currently, we are looking to fill in the Retention Manager position.
What you will do:
- Build trust and strong relationships with VIP customers;
- Handle customers’ day to day queries, including out of hours when necessary, to provide the best possible service;
- Monitor VIP customer behaviors, interests, and ensure that customer expectations are met;
- Maintain regular contact with customers through a variety of channels (phone email, messengers);
- Engage with VIP customers and at times other players including the chat room on-site, email.
You are ideal fit for us if you have:
- Experience as a VIP account manager in iGaming industry – 1+ year;
- Friendly and positive communicator;
- Advanced English language, both written and spoken.
