Wildly - internal startup in a mission of destigmatising sex-positive females.
 

Wildly is on a mission to de-stigmatise sex-positive women. Women still feel stigma and fear about unique sex experiences. They also want sex differently than men and have hard time verbalizing it. That's why we created Wildly - space for sex-positive self-exploration. We want to create a safe place where women could learn about themselves more and have a try of what a sex-positive experience might be without jumping into dating. Wildly is a community driven app with audio experiences.

You have the chance to become a key player in the creation of a new product from scratch - the Wildly app. We have a unique selling proposition for the product and there is a huge business opportunity. To move forward - we need a Senior .NET Developer.

What the job involves:

  • You’ll be a key member of our team and report directly to the start-up CEO;
  • You'll take part in setting up a movement of fem-focused products inside the company and will be an active advocate of female needs in Social Discovery Venture Lab and company as a whole;
  • You’ll be working day-to-day with both MLP launch and refining product from direct user feedback;
  • You'll work along top-class management experienced in international fem-tech / frontier IT companies and sex experts in a mission of bringing new sexual horizons to women;
  • You’ll be collaborating with other technical leaders (both managers and individual contributors) on building our technical expertise in AI, metaverse and community products in SDG's portfolio;

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience with Git or Subversion
  • Experience in developing distributed and/or high-load applications
  • Experience with RabbitMQ or other Message Brokers
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2008-2016;
  • Experience with NoSQL DB (MongoDB, Redis, etc);
  • Experience with .NET Core.
  • Technical English.

We expect that you:
 

  • You can own and drive technical projects from specification through to delivery and beyond;
  • Have evidence of delivering consumer facing, mass market, networked, high-performance mobile applications available in the App Store
  • Experienced in leading the process and driving product related decisions;
  • Understand product analytics, remote reporting and measurements;
  • Worked in teams with agile methodologies;

It will be advantageous if you are able to:

  • Decompose: you know how to make conscious estimations and do complex tasks on time;
  • Combine action-bias with system design: Know the difference between where you need to act swiftly in order to receive user input as soon as feasible and where technological investment is required. Are you able to defend each position using the project's objectives rather than your personal preferences;
  • Self-propell: You know how to launch a product from zero to one without project managers, system architects, team leaders, or testers. You know what it means to 'unlock yourself' and go above and beyond to complete the work as quickly as you can;
  • Be meticulous about the quality of the product: You yourself make sure that product functions properly and gives users a pleasurable experience.
