Junior Backend Developer (Golang)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated junior Golang Developer to join our growing international team.

As a Junior Golang Developer, you will play a crucial role in our software development team. In addition to supporting and implementing integrations with third-party APIs and services, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new products and features. You will work closely with our senior developers to write efficient, clean, and reusable code that adheres to best coding practices.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
• Developing and maintaining scalable and secure web applications using Golang;
• Designing and implementing RESTful APIs that interact with third-party services and databases;
• Writing unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and functionality;
• Contributing to code reviews and providing constructive feedback to improve code quality;
• Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development and sharing knowledge with the team;
• Actively participating in team meetings and providing regular progress updates.

Our ideal candidate will posses :

• At least six months of experience in Golang development or a similar programming language;
• Proficiency in HTTP and TCP/IP protocols and an understanding of how they work;
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms, as well as OOP concepts and design patterns;
• Experience with API development and design, including RESTful web services;
• English (B2+) at an intermediate level or higher;
• Ability and willingness to learn and improve continuously;
• In addition to the above requirements, experience with Git, Docker, and web services such as Echo or another framework would be considered as a strong plus.
