Project Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager. We need a person who is aware of the latest trends and know-how to adopt the most appropriate technology, who is a strong advocate for the best engineering practices, and who loves learning new skills.

Responsibilities: 

• Prepare the plan for implementation projects (project goals, tasks for the goals' achievement, project timeline and milestones, resources, costs, and budget);
• Perform and manage all aspects of the project (requirements gathering, architectural landscape analysis, approved functional and technical system design implementation, progress reporting, and risk management);
• Accountable for the project delivery timeline and budgets are accurately followed;
• Maintain effective communication and ensure satisfaction with clients;
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve the project goals and meat deadlines; 
• Contributing to the sale of solutions and services (presentations preparation, pre-sales, marketing materials).

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience required:

• 5+ years of prior experience in a client-facing Project Management role; 
• Project implementation in Enterprise companies from 1,500 man-days; 
• A strong background in the Retail industry (implementation of enterprise solutions);
• Proven ability to understand the impact of technical changes, and, to articulate high-level technical solutions to address business problems; 
• Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills as well as strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills;
• Solid understanding of custom software development processes and engagement methodologies (Agile, Waterfall);
• Ability to build strong relationships and generate opportunities for repeat business;
• Experience managing projects with remote, geographically dispersed team members;
• Advanced English (С1).
