YOUR ROLE

Your work will be a key driver for success, and you will ensure that we expand with the leading practices in the development and scaling of Software as a Service. 

In this position, you will:

• Lead and extend a high quality and dynamic technical team
• Define and implement the IT strategy of the company over the next years
• Design and lead the implementation of the architecture of our Software as a Service
• Hire and retain the best talents in IT programming
• Contribute directly to the development of Internal Systems

REQUIREMENTS

• Passion for computer programming and software engineering
• 15 years of experience as a software engineer and at least 2 as a technical lead
• Ability to lead and to ramp-up an international tech team
• Ownership of the product and technology roadmap
• Deep understanding of state-of-the-art web technologies
• Ability to steer and distribute tasks within the team, review code and manage request pipeline
• Profound hands-on experience with software engineering and IT architecture
• Solid understanding of how to build a scalable IT infrastructure
• Passion for working in small companies with a strong hands-on attitude
• Get it done mindset
• Acceptable written and speaking level in English
• Master’s degree with outstanding academic results
• Passion for renewable energy / trading environment
