Senior Game Designer (Barcelona)

Top mobile game company is looking for a Senior Game Designer to join Barcelona team. You’ll work as generalist designer with f2p casual and mid-core games, being part of the product team and leading the game design through all the stages from prototype to global release.

Responsibilities

• Lead game design in a development team working on a new project;
• Partner with Product Manager on building the roadmap and new features to improve metrics;
• Turn these features into documentation and tasks for developers and artists;
• Generate new ideas and concepts that fit today's market;

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Generalist Game Designer in mobile gaming (preferably casual and mid-core games);
• Experience in system and game mechanics design;
• Deep understanding of the specifics of F2P mobile games;
• Ability to prepare design documentation;
• Excellent English communication skills;

Nice to have

• Experience in conceptualizing new end-to-end game systems;
• Experience in Unity;
• Level design experience;
