Senior Python Developer

Our dynamic international team is looking for a skilled Senior Python Developer to join on a due diligence international project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Python programming, software development and be able to apply it to a complex and dynamic project. What you will do:

• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using Python, AWS technologies and SQL
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve developer operations processes 
• Continuously analyze and improve the performance and scalability of systems 
• Implement and maintain version control using Git 
• Research and apply new technologies and approaches to improve software development 
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers 
• Lead and manage a team of developers to achieve project goals 
• Provide oversight to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to development standards 

What skills are needed from you:

• 5+ years of experience is software development using Python
• Strong knowledge of AWS and its services 
• Good knowledge of SQL (experience with Maria DB is a plus)
• Experience with Git and version control 
• Strong knowledge of architectural approaches
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities 
• Experience leading and managing a team of developers 
• Familiarity with scrum/agile environment
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with fluent English
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in technical or related field is preferred

Will be a plus:

• Experience in refactoring and migration projects
• Moderate experience of machine learning
