Senior IT Recruiter

We're actively growing and are now looking for a skilled Recruiter to join our Cyprus office in Nicosia. In this role you'll be working with a high level of autonomy, managing a variety of international job openings for a global tech company. Wheely is building the future of luxury personal services—starting with a product that combines highly trained chauffeurs, the finest in-car experiences, and instant availability via a well-designed app. We currently manage 3,000+ chauffeurs in London, Paris, Moscow, and Dubai, and have raised $28mn USD to date.  

What the job involves

• Full cycle recruitment for (mostly) senior engineering and product management roles across all our locations (CY, UK in particular)
• You will be working with a high level of autonomy
• Helping Wheely shape a more transparent and efficient recruitment process
• Participating in marketing and PR activities aiming to improve the HR brand
• IC at the beginning with the potential of growing your team

Requirements

• 6+ years of tech (engineering) recruitment experience at a scale-up or large tech
• Cross-border and cross-cultural experience is highly appreciated
• Profound knowledge of all modern sourcing technologies
• Great communication skills and client-centered approach
• Self-discipline and ability to work autonomously
• Good understanding of the CY and European talent markets
• Fluent English
