PitchMe is a London-based HR Tech startup building b2b solutions focused on reengineering the recruitment life cycle and solving the biggest challenges in talent acquisition. Our product applies a data-driven approach to candidate profiling to build the most complete, real-time and dynamic profile of each candidate. We use hundreds of data points to build a true reflection of each person’s experience and enrich clients' candidate databases with up-to-date employment and education history, skills and experience in a matter of seconds. What you'll do

• Lead the technical design of new product features and service architecture
• Support and improve existing microservices
• Define key milestone deliverables with peers and stakeholders
• Establish the best software development methodologies to meet deadlines for product launches

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in product software development
• Experience contributing to the microservices architecture and design
• Experience with AWS, CircleCI and Heroku
• Upper-Intermediate/B2 English level

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React
• Experience with Celery (gevent)
• Experience of implementing backend for machine learning models
• Experience with marketplaces or search engines/recommender systems
