Who we are searching for:

Full Stack Team Lead for a dedicated web team of 5 engineers. In our view, it is supposed to be a person with solid full-stack and people management expertise, willing to code more than manage.

Tasks:

• Leading a dedicated web team that develops company products: 3D Viewer, web SDK and Virtual Fitting Room
• Active participation in product development: work on customizing products, improving user experience, various optimizations and adding new functionality

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Strong development and team management experience
• Deep understanding of JavaScript, good experience with React
• Solid full-stack experience, or at least one serious backend project in any of these programming languages: C++, Python, Java, Ruby, .NET, Node.js
• Product development approach, flexibility and adaptability in approaches to processes
• The ability to work in collaboration with other teams
• English - conversational level

Working conditions:

Work in one of the company's offices (Portugal - Porto, Lithuania - Vilnius), full official employment

Competitive salary in EUR: 5800-6600 Gross/month for the Portugal office, 6250-7500 Gross/month for the Lithuania office

70-80k EUR Gross/year в Португалии, 75-90k EUR Gross/year в Литве
