ByteMinds is a custom software development company working with the US and UK companies, mainly digital agencies and scale-ups. Our small team of 25 specialists is based in Montenegro and Kazakhstan.
We are in search of a highly motivated and results-driven person who will actively search for new customers and be responsible for sales to them.
Our current business development team is the company's managing partners, Anton (CEO) & Andrey (CTO), who do it through networking and some outreach campaigns. We believe that now we need a more methodical approach to it.
We want to bring a new leader to the team with a key focus on new business development. They will join the company's leadership team and work alongside CEO, CTO and Heads of HR, Customer service and Marketing.
Be fully responsible for the new business sales:
- actively seek and find new customers
- start and keep communication with them
- find out and analyze their needs,
- lead and coordinate the sales process to them
- bring them to the contract sign off
Key outcome: sales and contracts signed with new clients for software development with the required planned gross margin.
Goal for this year: bring 4 new clients that fit our target customer portrait.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in sales, account management or business development roles in a software development company or a digital agency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of building relationships and driving results
- Experience of managing or leading sales process for contracts > £50k
- Experience working with the UK or the US based clients
- Fluent English
