🔹What You’ll do:
- Troubleshooting
- Onboard new customers with a professional walkthrough of Jet Admin.
- Work hands-on with customers to help them build their first no-code apps.
- Work cross-functionally with the engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring customer insights to the rest of the company and improve the product.
🔹Desired experience:
- Ability to clearly describe errors and incorrect operation
- Understanding the technical aspects and processes of software development
- Compilation of basic queries to the SQL / No SQL database, experience with the REST API (compilation of HTTP queries)
- You have experience building apps with no-code tools.
- You have 1+ years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing customer support engineering, professional services, or technical consulting role.
- You can explain technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
- You speak fluent English and have an excellent internet connection.
