We are searching for a Stellar C&B Manager to join our Internal HR team. We have great opportunities for you to express your skills: to create and implement a clear and transparent compensation system from scratch. You will be helping our employees to measure their personnel efficiency and grow to infinity and beyond! 🚀

What you’ll do:

Global goal: to create a clear and transparent compensation system that will provide: 

  • Fair and transparent assessment of employees; 
  • Transparent, managed and open to analytics by company managers; 
  • Automation in such a way that the calculation and payments take place quickly, without errors, with minimal human involvement;
  • Competitive scheme and compensation level in the main positions of the company; 
  • + Development of the KPI implementation project.

The goal for the trial period: 

  • Analyze current processes and schemes; 
  • Describe them in a summary document; 
  • Develop a strategy for the implementation of the global objectives of this position with an assessment of the timing, risks, and necessary resources.

It’s a perfect match if you have:

  • Fluent/C1 English (written and verbal);
  • Experience working in the internal HR team on compensation and benefits tasks; 
  • Experience in building and implementing personnel efficiency systems. Experience in automating these processes is a plus; 
  • Analytical and Project Management skills; 

Soft skills are important for us:

  • Consistency and ability to set up processes from scratch, fluent in collaborating with different teams;  
  • Emotional Intelligence;
  • Autonomy and proactivity, readiness to take responsibility for decisions. Skill to detail and decompose tasks;
