Business Analyst

Responsibilities

We need a Business Analyst willing to work in Fintech, interested in a combination of long-term product-focused work and smallish client-oriented tasks. Basically, we have 2 groups of features: client-specific-custom flows and features that bring value to every single client.

You will be reporting directly to the Product Manager and your main stakeholders will be the project managers office and the development team, and the clients of course.

1. Reviewing, grouping, and documenting current tasks

2. Updating and creating task descriptions and wireframe

3. Reviewing clients’ feature requests and improving them to feature descriptions available for DEV team to work on with little or zero questions.

4. Analyzing requirements within the SCRUM team while reporting to the product manager

5. Suggesting solutions for contradicting requirements.

6. Updating both internal and external documentation

Requirements

1. 2+ years of BA experience in B2B industry

2. Solid knowledge of SDLC and ability to create technical PRDs

3. Technical documentation expertise

4. Good wireframing skills

5. Excellent learning skills

6. Strong team player

7. Solid knowledge of BPMN or equivalent

8. Strong communication skills (Russian & English equivalent to C1 or higher).

9. Experience in Fintech or related industry (e-Commerce, Crypto) is a must.
