We develop for an American UCaaS platform RingCentral that is used by over 1 million businesses

Contact Center team creates new omni-channel product united all connections companies and customers - from telephony to digital messing channels - WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, email, sms and etc. We create the product that helps to be close to customers and reach out them fastly and effectually.

What will you do:

• Participate in the development (сlarification of the technical requirements) and maintenance of the existing system;
• Design and develop gateway, authorization services and api;
• Write unit and integration tests;
• Prepare services for deployment to Kubernetes;
• Perform code review;
• Supporting team members;
• Improve team processes.

Tech stack we use:

• Java, Spring, Reactive, Kafka
• AWS, Kubernetes
• Docker, Jenkins, Argocd, Gitlab

Our expectations:

• Extensive experience in backend development in Java + Spring Framework;
• Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ or others message queue systems;
• Love to write clean code and test it;
• Following common engineering practices;
• Understanding of distributed systems principles and limitations;
• Good engineering and algorithm background.
