Technical l SOP Writer

We're looking for fluent English and a savvy, technical writer who knows and understands the mechanics of how technology shapes the way we communicate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Research, create, edit and update high-quality documentation and guidelines of legal or immigration procedures and related processes
• Revise or create SOPs, Work Instructions, forms, checklists and manuals
• Work closely with Legal Operations and IT team to translate technical information into user-friendly content
• Evaluate the effectiveness and supporting documentation for processes and develop prioritized recommendations for improvements
• Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other process documentation
• Maintain the information architecture of the internal Knowledge Base & external Help Center in accordance with set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology
• Collaborating cross-departmentally to create content ideas, engaging web page copy, case studies, infographics, and product sheets

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience as a technical writer
• Strong technical comprehension and writing capability
• Excellent attention to detail, including fact-checking, logical flow, formatting, and document structure
• Understanding the specifics of working in a digital startup and the digital environment in general
• Native-level English speaker, knowledge of German is an advantage
• Excellent writing and analytical skills as well as superior research skills
• Ability to work with minimal direction toward the goals and quickly become proficient with new tools and software
• Passion for communication and effective collaboration
