Departmental Overview:

Our team is international and young, with a flat hierarchy (the CEO is directly involved in setting and monitoring of the key objectives of the team) which implies fast development and great opportunities. 

What would you be doing:

• Be the leader for your team of ML engineers - motivate and develop your team, find and prioritise opportunities for them to apply their skills
• Be the link from Business departments and IT for ML Engineers
• Improve internal processes for successful research and implementation to production of automatization solutions which bring value
• Be hands on when it comes to working with data
• Oversee current solutions, manage improvements if needed, expand the role of machine learning across organisation

Requirements:

• Experience in managing a team of ML Engineers, which cover various domains - Sales, Marketing, Products, Payments, Dealing;
• Great understanding of business and where ML solutions can fit and bring value;
• Technological stack - Python, PyTorch, PySpark, SQL (MSSQL, Postgres), ClickHouse, AWS (EC2, EKS, EMR), Docker, Kafka, ELK;
• General understanding of IT infrastructure, various data source types, development processes etc.;
• Great to have previous experience in applying data science tools to mobile apps, gaming or fintech;
• Intermediate level of English;
