UX Architect / Senior UX

Who are we looking for:

Wallarm team is looking for a UX leader who can lead web interface projects as a product owner and individual contributor as an architect and designer. This job is NOT about moving buttons and drawing charts, but 100% about complex data visualization, user stories, and delivering the best experience for senior technical people. 

As a UX Designer in the Wallarm team, you’ll be responsible for crafting a powerful and intuitive user experience for Web Applications and API Security solutions.
You will work closely with product managers and developer teams and play a significant role in leading the design of major features and products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of shipping great products that users love and that drive business outcome.

The best criteria for success for this role is to hear the users’ feedback like: “I’ve never seen UX like that” and “I can’t use other security products after Wallarm”. 

 

In this role you will do:
 

• Transforming complex data and concepts into compact and understandable interfaces,
• Creating wireframes and mockups for major features as well as short-term tactical work,
• Designing within a reusable component framework and leveraging a design system methodology,
• Analyzing user feedback and activity, and iterating to enhance the user experience,
• Conducting user research, usability testing and competitor analysis.

In this role you will need:
 

• Have 3+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of industry tools such as Figma, Sketch, Principle
• Be an expert in UX/UI design skills and best practices
• Demonstrate the ability to break down complex problems into elegant, intuitive, and cohesive user experiences
• Be a problem solver, a quick study, a self-starter, and an excellent communicator with a passion for great design and the ability to achieve it
• Have experience designing for B2B SaaS products and Enterprise software
• Willingness to take a test task

Nice to have:
 

• Experience with complex data and interactions (charts, dashboards, BI-s, CRM-s)
• Familiarity with network protocols and web application security
• Excellent proficiency in English
