The leading fashion houses of Europe, America and modern domestic designers cooperate with us. We are recognized experts in contemporary jewelry and know what will be in fashion tomorrow.

The company became international with a worldwide website and global operations launched in Dubai in September 2022.

📌 What kind of people are we waiting for?

📌 Your outcomes will be: 

  • • Strategic sales planning, implementing and maintaining sales process for both e-com and offline retail
  • • Design and provide reliable trade analytics instruments to the rest of the management team
  • • Maintaining a sustainable profit growth while aligning with the company's overall strategy and monitoring key performance indicators (margin, traffic, conversion, ATV, etc.)
  • • Entire stock management (sell-through rate, return on capital) as well as individual points of sales
  • • Plan and manage the purchasing process, increase cost and time effectiveness
  • • Plan and lead trade marketing activities
  • • Supply chain management

📌 Your first objectives will be:

  • • Support and further development of the stock analytics project
  • • Organization of outsourced production process
  • • Stock management system
  • • Price experiments

    📌 Requirements:
     
  • • Working experience on the role of Sales Director or COO from 3 years in e-com sphere / retail, will be an advantage to have experience in jewelry market
  • • Customer-centric thinking, a flair for the needs of today's niche user
  • • Positive, winning personality and excellent communication skills in any situation – English and Russian
  • • Hands-on mentality, can-do attitude, team player, team leader, pragmatism & entrepreneurial spirit
  • • Commercial gut feeling, excellent knowledge of commercial processes
  • • Excellent interpersonal skills including a demonstrated ability to be effective in an ever changing environment
  • • Easy-going personality, high tolerance to cultural differences.
  • • Willingness to develop and manage the team, be an opinion leader
