Executive Search Consultant

AwayGlobal as an Engineering & Product Advisory Boutique is looking for an Executive Search Consultant.

What You Will Do

• Maintain responsibility for the full-life cycle recruitment process for the executive roles in our friendly portfolio start-ups,
• Work closely with business Co-Founders in order to meet current and future hiring expectations,
• Build effective relationships with our partners to get a clear view on their strategic business goals.

Who You Are

• Have proven work experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition in IT field more than 3 years predominantly with executive (C-level) positions,
• Have both corporate and start-up background as a great advantage,
• Have experience performing in international labor market,
• Strong hands-on skills at research and approach best candidates,
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Russian will be an advantage),
• Being as a team member but also being able to work effectively autonomously,
• Above average organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
