Who we are searching for

• Engineering Managers for development teams of 30 developers
• In our view, it is supposed to be a person with universal tech expertise, combining the skills of Team and Tech Lead

Tasks

• Development management within a stream (technical leadership, people management)
• Preparation of quarterly plans and their execution 
• Delivery management and ensuring uninterruptible production

Candidate requirements

• Good background in development in one of the directions: C++/high performance, computer graphics, 3D, computer vision/artificial intelligence, cross-platform development, backend and infrastructure
• Experience in managing a team of 10+ people or more - from 3 years
• Experience in development management, delivery 
• Basic knowledge of ML and experience of participation in such projects (for the first stream), backend and/or graphics (for the second stream)
• Fluent English

Working conditions

• Work in one of the company’s offices (Portugal - Lisbon, Porto, Lithuania - Vilnius), official employment
• Work remotely under a contract with a subsequent relocation to Portugal or Lithuania is an option
