Your future tasks:
- Process chats, tickets, Jira requests and provide amazing customer service to players
- Find a common language with any client (and not only in the literal sense)
- Correctly escalate issues to Slack/Jira
- Write Follow-ups on all changes and updates in Slack
- Follow updates in Confluence in order to get acquainted with procedures changes
- Deliver amazing customer service providing friendly support and helpful solutions
What we're looking for in our future super agent:
- Working knowledge of German or Portugese language (B2 +)
- Good knowledge of English language (Upper-Intermediate +)
- Aspiration to help and problem-solving attitude
- Engagement in work process and proactivity
- Prior experience working within the iGaming sector is a plus
