Описание вакансии

Your future tasks:

  • Process chats, tickets, Jira requests and provide amazing customer service to players
  • Find a common language with any client (and not only in the literal sense)
  • Correctly escalate issues to Slack/Jira
  • Write Follow-ups on all changes and updates in Slack
  • Follow updates in Confluence in order to get acquainted with procedures changes
  • Deliver amazing customer service providing friendly support and helpful solutions

 

What we're looking for in our future super agent:

  • Working knowledge of German or Portugese language (B2 +)
  • Good knowledge of English language (Upper-Intermediate +)
  • Aspiration to help and problem-solving attitude
  • Engagement in work process and proactivity
  • Prior experience working within the iGaming sector is a plus
