IT Recruiter

Weigandt Consulting (WDT) is an international IT consulting company with headquarters in Germany, clients from Europe, and employees around the globe. We are looking for a passionate professional, with a keen interest in finding rare specialists. 
The IT Recruiter is responsible for hiring great talents for Software Engineering, Consulting, and Data science departments. 
It is important for this job to have an experience in IT recruiting and a solid understanding of the international IT specialists market.

Key responsibilities:

• Attract great talents for our team on different qualification levels, from middle to senior (Mostly Java, Data Scientists, QA, DevOps etc.);
• Develop a warm pool of qualified technical candidates in advance of the need by networking through industry contacts, associations, trade groups, social media, job boards, and referrals;
• Be a partner for the hiring managers at all stages of the recruitment process;
• Leading HR brand projects: achieve high visibility of Weigandt Consulting as a high-quality employer for IT experts and manage the reputation;
• Develop and maintain the relationship with partner companies and freelancers to source candidates for temporary positions;
• Participation in other HR projects.

Required:

• Proven experience in IT Recruitment (3+ years);
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+);
• Strong background and proven experience in sourcing/recruiting IT professionals at various levels and technologies based on job orders;
• Ability to work independently to achieve targets;
• Excellent communicative and networking skills;
• Ability to take initiative and build trust.
