IT Project manager

• Our clients are from Europe, USA, Australia, Asia.
• Our team is distributed and has departments of PM, Design, Marketing, Web и Mobile development, QA, Global Sales и HD.
• Our technological process of development is built according to Scrum/ Kanban.

Now we are searching for a Project Manager to join us.

Tasks:

• work on IT projects.
• work with the teams of developers, designers and QA.
• deliver the client’s purposes to the team.
• work with the client, provide the daily reports and demos.
• provide the high level of the client satisfaction on high quality of work on the project.
• monitor of the hours that the team spent working on the project.
• plan the team's workload for the future periods.

Requirements:

• minimum 2 years of proven result-focused experience of IT Project Management.
• ability to act independently and responsibly.
• ability to provide 40 work hours per week. 
• experience of working with Agile teams and processes.
• practical knowledge of the main Scrum/Kanban principles and ability to implement them into IT project development.
• English: C1-C2, (you are supposed to communicate with a client directly). 

Conditions:

• remote work 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
• self-employment contract.
