UX designer

Crassula is an international award-winning FinTech company, which connects 50+ professionals for the purpose of building modern FinTech solutions on its technological platform.

We provide White Label Cloud Banking software that helps companies to build and launch Banking projects, PSPs, NEO-banks

We are looking for a UX designer willing to work in Fintech, interested in a combination of long-term product-focused work and smallish client-oriented tasks. Basically, we have 2 groups of features: client-specific-custom flows and features that bring value to every single client.

You will be working directly with the current UX designer with years of experience in Crassula, basically, the creator of the current system and Crassula 2.0 yet to be implemented.

UX DESIGNER

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of Mobile/Desktop UI / UX experience

2. Excellent knowledge of Apple & Android design guidelines

3. Experience in creating Design Kits and components

4. Good wireframing skills

5. Good prototyping skills

6. Excellent learning skills

7. Strong team player

8. Experience in managing a small team

9. Figma & Sketch ninja

10. Strong communication skills (no direct communication with clients).

Responsibilities:

1. Reviewing, grouping, and documenting current assets

2. Updating and creating design kits and guidelines

3. Reviewing UX of the current system, especially the Admin part

4. Analyzing requirements within the SCRUM team while reporting to the product manager

5. Suggesting solutions for contradicting requirements
