What you will do:
- Be responsible for positions portfolio: 1-2 vacancies (and more over 20 people) per month in Sales, Community or Support fields.
- Provide a great candidates experience through effective communication and consistent follow through
- Own full-cycle recruitment which includes sourcing, interviewing and closing candidates
- Conduct HR interviews to assess both hard skills as well as soft skills to be successful in a startup environment
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies
- Build a diverse pipeline of candidates through LinkedIn, networking, and other sourcing methods
- Engage and partner with the hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
What you will need :
- 1+ year experience in full-cycle mass recruiting, ideally at a startup or high-growth technology company
- Experience in global field
- Passion in hunting top front office specialists: sales, community, support
- Fluent English
