About the role

We are looking for CTO who will be responsible for the whole technological vision (technical architecture, infrastructure landscape, scalability, feasibility, continuity, and fault-tolerance of all system parts).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the technical vision of the company, lead and develop the technical roadmap and strategy
• Effectively tailor communication between the technical division and other departments, including TOP managers and business owners. 
• Manage the technical budget
• Define, improve and optimize critical technical measures
• Lead the technical department

Skill, knowledge and expertise:

• Have a track record of technical leadership including the roles of  CTO, Head of Development, Deputy CTO, etc. for high-load, geo-distributed and scalable products 
• Working technical expertise, especially in backend development and infrastructure as well as architecture roadmap for high-load systems
• Experience with application security
• English level C1/C2, Russian - native

Bonus skills:

• Background working within international companies and teams
• GDPR knowledge and experience in implementing compliance standards
• IPO preparation experience
