The Product

Improvado’s product is an Enterprise Data Platform for Marketers, Data Analysts, and Strategists that allows you to easily aggregate data from 250+ marketing platforms like Google and Facebook, into one place, transform that data into the format you need, and visualize that data in your platform of choice. We automate up to 90% of manual work related to reporting and uncover large revenue-generating opportunities for your Marketing teams that are hidden amongst the data. Improvado’s ability to process large amounts of data at high speeds enables us to help and customize solutions for Enterprise Brands more than anyone in the market. Today, some of our partners are Mattel, ATB Financial, illy Cafe, ASUS, and HIMS.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, design, propose and support the delivery of solutions that are appropriate for the business and technology strategies
• Uses a broad and deep understanding of technical concepts in multiple specialized fields to develop solutions to problems and critical design issues
• Proactively identifies opportunities for improvements to existing processes and for automation of time consuming tasks
• Providing clear and concise instructions to engineering teams, manage development teams and the team leads
• Collaborates with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements as needed
• Resolves most conflicts between timeline, budget and scope independently but intuitively escalates complex or consequential issues to management
• Develop, automate and implement operations best practices
• Incorporates testing and thinks about reliability as a natural part of delivering working software
• Regularly communicates project health and identifies risks to project and program stakeholders, sponsors and management
• Capacity to work with a high degree of professionalism, communicating effectively and appropriately

Qualifications

Knowledge

• Experienced with several programming paradigms
• Deep understanding of SOLID, DDD, various architecture design patterns
• Able to design and architect maintainable and scalable technical systems
• Solid knowledge of databases, SQL
• Experience with release systems and CI/CD,
• Experience with Docker, Jenkins, Github tools, etc,
• Willing to work in Startup like environment
• Adequate understanding of infrastructure and devops

Experience

• Greater than 8 years in app development and technology delivery experience required
• Greater than 3 years of management and/or leadership experience required
