We are looking for an ambitious, highly-motivated and proactive Product Owner to join our team.

The key of HexaCore's success is talented and passionate people for whom the company created a highly collaborative and very welcoming work environment. Recently we began a new Blockchain based project where we look for new professionals to join.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for product evolution - roadmap planning, design of new features, release management and post-release optimization.
• Define and implement a vision for a product to make it engaging, well-recognized and highly monetizable.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders in analyzing product and marketing performance data to ensure that a product is scalable and is aligned with a company strategy
• Transform ideas for features into executable development items
• Analyze lifetime market data and share findings with development and marketing teams
• Collect, organize and track requirements for a product
• Work closely with leadership team on product development
• Setup necessary work processes for successful product development
• Collecting and processing of user data, relaying it to the team
• Follow agile scrum ceremonies set up in the company and cooperate with scrum master and scrum team on everyday product development activities
• Evaluate and assign business value to product backlog items, prioritize backlog items for development, follow up product backlog items implementation, provide functional input to the development team when needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Owner
• 5+ years of experience in leading development teams
• Proven record of successfully launching and growing products on different markets
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1+ preferred)
• Ability to work in dynamic and rapidly changing environments
• Excellent problem-solving, creative thinking, and analytical skills
• Results-driven attitude

Nice to Have

• Thorough knowledge: Crypto, NFT, GameFi
• Strong expertise in monetisation strategies in mobile games
