📌 What are we looking for? 

• • Ownership, accountability & proactivity - you build it, you own it, you run it.

• • Focus on best engineering practices for quality, clean code, testing & observability. 
• • Experience with Large-scale Distributed systems, Microservice architectures, Event-driven 
• • architectures & DDD
• • Proficiency in Flutter/Dart (and Kotlin/Swift will be an advantage)
• • Experience with:
  • ▸ At least 3 years in commercial IT development
  • ▸ At least 2 Flutter/Dart development
  • ▸ Experience of the development of the native applications(Android/IOS) will be an advantage o Knowledge in Kotlin/Swift will be an advantage
  • ▸ Knowledge of modern architectural patterns in mobile development(BLoC,MVVM) and the principles of functional programming
  • ▸ Understanding the principles of DRY, SOLID, GRASP and GoF patterns
  • ▸ Experience of creating multi-module projects
  • ▸ The ability to write clean and neat code that is easy to maintain
  • ▸ The ability to cover all your work with tests
  • ▸ Understanding the principles of user interface design
  • ▸ Experience with Git
  • ▸ Knowledge and understanding of GraphQL
  • ▸ Knowledge and understanding of reactive programming
  • ▸ Knowledge and understanding of SQLite

📌 What is in it for you?  

• • Great compensation package based on experience and level + TAX FREE in the UAE
• •  Flight Allowance: AED 2,500 - 5,000 once a year for you and each of your dependents (dependents include spouse and children) - range depends on where the home country is. For Russia, it is AED 3,500.
• •  Relocation Allowance: AED 22,000 if you are moving by yourself, AED 26,000 if you are moving with your spouse or AED 30,000 if you are moving with your spouse and children – this is a one-time allowance that will be paid after you physically relocate.
• •  Annual Bonus: End of year bonus depending on your performance (up to 6 months of your monthly salary)
