  📌 Role & Responsibilities: 
• • Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using
  industry-accepted best practices.
• • Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying
  industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality
  goals are met.
• • Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services
  and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
• • Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers.
• • Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and
  automated).

📌 What is in it for you?

• •  Flight Allowance: AED 2,500 - 5,000 once a year for you and each of your dependents (dependents include spouse and children) - range depends on where the home country is. For Russia, it is AED 3,500.
• •  Relocation Allowance: AED 22,000 if you are moving by yourself, AED 26,000 if you are moving with your spouse or AED 30,000 if you are moving with your spouse and children – this is a one-time allowance that will be paid after you physically relocate.
• •  Annual Bonus: End of year bonus depending on your performance (up to 6 months of your monthly salary)
