Описание вакансии

🏢 Company: Aldo | Austin, TX
🕘 Occupation: fulltime

📊 Project: We’re partnering with one of the top US-based startups that helps companies arrange lunch catering for their employees on a daily basis called Lunchdrop. It’s a great profitable little company (only 2 developers right now). We’re looking to add a Full Stack PHP (Laravel) + Vue.js engineer to the team to help continued product development.

What you'll be doing:

  • Join the existing team and take on a variety of new feature work on Front End (Vue) and Back End (Laravel), optionally also on the Infrastructure level (AWS).
  • Communicate with the rest of the team, exchange and validate ideas, understand business requirements, and share your plans
  • Write high-quality code that is optimized and easy to maintain
  • Work in a team of enthusiasts that consistently strives to make the product better

About you:

  • You're an experienced Full Stack PHP + Vue Developer
  • You've been developing Vue.js applications for at least 2 years and your portfolio proves it
  • You’ve had experience building backends on MVC frameworks like Laravel
  • You're no stranger to creating responsive UIs
  • You can defend your position on what high-quality code means, best application development practices, what the proper CI/CD pipelines for apps need to look like, and so on
  • You have advanced verbal English — you'll be expected to communicate with the US-based team
  • You're ok with an overlap with the US CST Timezone at least 2-4 hours a few days a week (some calls are expected, but the majority of communication is asynchronous in nature)
  • You're a reliable engineer who is comfortable and well-experienced working remotely
